# Feeds and open data

Public per-account URLs so portals can read your listings, international feeds with your consent, RSS and plain-text versions for AI tools.

## Feeds for Mexican portals

Every agent and agency gets feed URLs ready to register with portals. **Always per account**: add `?agent=<your-slug>` or `?agency=<agency-slug>` (your slug is the last part of your profile, `multilistado.mx/agente/<slug>`). Without it the feed returns 400: we do not publish whole-MLS dumps because they would syndicate other agents' listings without their permission.

They include your **published** listings (up to 5000) with photos, price and approximate coordinates (exact only if you chose to show the address). They never include commissions or licensed imports from other MLSs. In the portal, **More → Portals** shows your URLs ready to copy.

## International feeds (Kyero v3)

With your per-portal consent at [Portal → International portals](https://multilistado.mx/portal/internacional), your listings go into a Kyero v3 feed (MXN prices converted to USD at the day's rate, noted in the feed; photos as JPEG):

Only listings of agents who accepted **that** portal appear. The `X-Feed-Count` and `X-Feed-Skipped` headers tell how many were included and skipped (e.g. no photos or no price). Feeds refresh every 10 minutes.

The "US MLSs and GDX network (RESO)" consent produces no XML: it enables your listings on the [RESO Web API](https://multilistado.mx/developers/reso?lang=en).

## RSS

[`https://multilistado.mx/feed.xml`](https://multilistado.mx/feed.xml) (RSS 2.0; also `/rss.xml`): new listings and guides for agents. Use it in feed readers, Zapier/Make or newsletters.

## For AI and LLMs

- **Markdown twins:** add `.md` to the URL of a listing, agent, registry entry, guide or these pages — e.g. `https://multilistado.mx/p/<slug>.md`, `https://multilistado.mx/agente/<slug>.md`, [`/developers/api.md?lang=en`](https://multilistado.mx/developers/api.md?lang=en). Listings, agents and registry pages also answer `Accept: text/markdown`.
- Listing pages embed schema.org JSON-LD (`RealEstateListing`, `RealEstateAgent`).
- The iPhone app's internal API (`/api/app/v1`) is neither public nor stable: use the [REST API v1](https://multilistado.mx/developers/api?lang=en).

Always cite the listing or agent URL, and remember prices and availability change.
